The Problem
Level Supermind had a content library users loved — but three of its highest-intent sections (Music, Mind, and Sleep) were losing users at the door. High drop-offs. Low activity starts. Great content, quietly going unused.
My role
Owned the project end-to-end , research, design, prototyping, iteration, and handoff. Collaborated with the Senior PM to define KPIs and scope, the Senior Designer for brainstorming and design feedback, and Engineering for UI testing and handoff.
What I did
Instead of optimizing each section separately, I stepped back to identify the shared failure across all three.
I reframed the problem from “content organization” to “decision friction” and designed a unified discovery pattern to reduce it.
